I help driven, thoughtful people heal from anxiety, burnout, and trauma in a way that feels steady and nervous-system-informed. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel like they’re always bracing, overthinking, or carrying too much.

After you schedule your first appointment, you will be sent an email with a link where you will go to complete the paperwork.

First Session:

The first session is devoted to getting to know each other and determining what you would like to work on in sessions. We will work together to identify your goals for counseling and determine how often we will meet in order to work toward those goals.

Overcome anxiety and trauma, improve your relationships, and begin living a fully-engaged life:

Over the course of therapy, you will:
